Introducing Oxva Xlim Pro Pod Kit 30w New Colors , the handsome XLIM Pro kit. It’s the latest device in the XLIM ecosystem of pod vapes.

Oxva has made a name for itself over the past couple of years, with its products getting more and more favorable reviews. Although I’m new to the XLIM line, my experience with the XLIM Pro thus far solidifies the sentiment that Oxva is doing good work in the vape space.

The XLIM Pro kit is a semi-advanced vape geared toward the hobbyist vaper, or maybe the reformed hobbyist vaper, who still wants flexibility and control but with the supreme convenience of a refillable pod vape. With features like a 1000 mAh battery, adjustable wattage from 5-30 watts, an LED screen, and a variety of pod options, OXVA has produced a compact kit that can satisfy some of the most persnickety vapers.

As mentioned, the XLIM Pro is a single-button device. The fire button is on the side of the device, but the device is also inhale-to-fire. On the other side, you’ll find the airflow control switch.

The front panel is where the LED screen sits, and it features a glowing RGB band that illuminates while you take a puff and also acts as a battery status indicator. When you drop in a pod, the RGB band alternates red, green, and blue. Whatever! I’m not a fan of light shows, but at least it’s tastefully executed.

The XLIM Pro comes with two pods: 0.6 ohm and 0.8 ohm. There are four total pods available for this kit (which are also compatible with the other XLIM devices). They’re magnetized, transparent pods, holding 2 mL of e-liquid.

Oxva Xlim Pro Performance

When it comes to performance, the Oxva Xlim Pro puts in the work! All the coils perform well for flavor and vapor.  0.4-ohm pod (not included.) THAT pod is the stallion! The 0.4-ohm pod puts out flavor like a nice sub ohm tank, but with a tighter concentration of an RDL hit. I haven’t been this impressed with flavor in a long time. It’s a crime for this pod to not be included in the kit.

I’ve refilled the 0.4-ohm pod the most. By a large margin! About 30 mL so far, and it hasn’t slowed down a bit. It does guzzle juice, though. And with only a 2 mL capacity, you better keep your juice bottle with you, or you won’t get very far before having an empty pod. Just writing this review, I’ve refilled it several times.

Note: the 0.4-ohm pod has a red bottom. The other pods are indistinguishable from each other except for a super small font on the bottom of the pod. I’m in my 40s. My eyes ain’t got time for all that! Please, OXVA, find a way to clearly distinguish the different pods from one another, like you did with the 0.4-ohm pod.

Oxva Xlim Pro Battery Life

Although the Oxva Xlim Sq Pro is marketed as having this long-lasting battery, I’m really only getting a day or so before needing a recharge. I’m a bit disappointed in that. As much as I have to refill and charge, I’m not coasting as much as I’d like. Maybe the XLIM SQ Pro (the square version) would be a better fit for me since it has a 1200 mAh battery.

The charge is USB-C, like all other vapes nowadays. The battery charge light is a little confusing at first. Colors flash, then the flash slows until it gets solid, then turns off. The slow fash begins about midway through the blue stage. Here is the charge cycle key:

• • Red: empty
  • Light orange: minimal

• • Blue: medium
  • Green: full

The lights turn off when the charge completes. The total charge time was 45 minutes, making it a quick charge in my book.

I should mention that the placement of the plug is meant to help resist leaking. I’ve had not a drop of leakage, so that’s a positive.

Once you’re all filled up, let it wait for a few minutes. Now it’s time to power up.
